2010 Hyundai Tucson
The all-new 2010 Tucson is the first Hyundai crossover vehicle to be designed and engineered in Europe at Hyundai's Frankfurt-based design and technical centers. The new Tucson is 3.3 inches longer and one inch wider than its predecessor, yet weighs 61 pounds lighter. It is available in two trims: GLS and Limited in either 2WD or 4WD configurations. All models are powered by a new Theta II 2.4L four-cylinder engine producing 176 horsepower and 168 lb-ft of torque. The engine is mated to either a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic transmission. The FWD models combined with the optional six-speed automatic transmission are capable of delivering an estimated 23 mpg city/31 mpg highway.
